Counsel to Counsel SM Forums

A Proven Resource
Since 2000, Martindale-Hubbell has developed over 100 forums around the globe. Senior corporate counsel from the world’s most respected enterprises — including American Express, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company and Sony — have emerged from their Counsel to CounselSM forums equipped with new practices and perspectives in legal department management.
A Meeting of Equals
There’s no more efficient way to gain a fresh perspective on the legal issues that impact your corporation’s success than to leave your office behind and exchange ideas and information with the best of your peers.
Participation
To find out if your law firm is eligible to participate as a co-host for upcoming forums, please call your Martindale-Hubbell® account representative.
There is no fee for corporate counsel to participate, but you must apply to attend. Confirmation of your attendance will be sent prior to the session date. As space is limited, not all registrations will be accepted.

Best Practice: Tracking New Privacy and Data Protections
Situation: Companies that collect, maintain or disclose personal information about customers or employees must comply with a variety of state and federal data protection obligations. Further, new laws continue to be introduced to ensure specific measures are taken should a data security breach occur.

Best Practice: Bringing Outside Counsel Inside
from the March 2010 C2C Forum in Atlanta. Situation: Getting outside counsel up to speed on an issue can be time-consuming at a time when there needs to be as much efficiency as possible. Episodic learning can be an obstacle to consistent quality.
